Qualifications: Qualifications:
• Proven track record in generating ideas and producing stories
• Ability to juggle several projects at once
• Ability to produce content for our multimedia platform including the web, video, audio, various print publications
• Ability to work with editors and in a team environment
• Have a minimum of three years' daily newspaper experience
• Have a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• There is regular weekend work
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines |

We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in sports, community news and an appreciation of the community newspaper’s role. Features and special sections are part of normal duties. A working knowledge of CP style, InDesign, Quark Xpress and the Mac OS system are required. Some weekend and evening work are a part of the normal job requirement and are managed on a shared rotation.
